1. General Scope

These terms and conditions govern all bespoke models, design consultations, and installation services provided by Steamcraft Saunas. By requesting an estimate, proceeding with a custom sauna build, or interacting with our services, you agree to the conditions outlined herein.

Our primary focus remains strictly on custom sauna construction and related interior fittings.

2. Estimates and Proposals

All project estimates provided by our team are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Given the bespoke nature of custom builds and potential fluctuations in premium timber costs, we reserve the right to revise estimates after this period.

Final proposals will detail the specific models, materials, and installation timelines. Work will commence only upon formal approval of the proposal and receipt of the required initial deposit.

3. Project Timelines and Installation

We strive to meet all agreed-upon project schedules. However, custom builds require precise craftsmanship and material sourcing. Minor adjustments to the installation schedule may occur. We will communicate any timeline updates clearly and promptly.

  • Site preparation is required prior to our installation team arriving.
  • Delays caused by incomplete site preparation may incur additional rescheduling fees.
  • Final inspection and handover occur immediately upon installation completion.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your custom project and begin material procurement. The remaining balance becomes due upon the successful installation and final inspection of your bespoke sauna. Specific milestones will be detailed in your individual project agreement.
